Knoxville Farmers Market
A Knoxville favorite for more than 30 years, the Knoxville Farmers Market operates on Tuesdays and Fridays, 3 to 6 p.m., from about mid-April through late November. Local farmers, growers and bakers bring a wide variety of products to the market. The Tuesday market operates at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 1001 Ebenezer Road at Westland Drive. The Friday market is held at the Laurel Church of Christ, 3457 Kingston Pike across from Cherokee Boulevard.
Typically, shoppers can find a wide variety of seasonal vegetables, herbs, fruits, berries and honey at the Knoxville Farmers Market. Grass-fed meats, eggs and specialty cheeses are also offered by producers from the East Tennessee region. Knoxville bakers prepare fresh baked breads, cookies, granola, scones and more. A diverse collection of flowering and vegetable plants and fresh cut flowers are available from seasoned local growers.
